All ready-made purchases ship within 1-3 business days (please note, we do not ship on weekends).
Need your order sooner? Let us know and we'll see what we can do. We aim to please.
All custom orders will be scheduled in the order they are received - when you place your order, we'll contact you about the schedule and let you know when you can expect your goods. Delivery times vary but may take up to a month or more. We really try to get it to you quicker than that, though.
When ordering custom garments, there is a a non-refundable $250 design fee as deposit. We'll discuss design elements and then we'll create the artwork. We'll send the artwork for approval and re-work it one time if needed. For changes after that, there may be an additional fee.
Once art work is approved, the customer receives the invoice for the actual stitching of the design.
Payment must be made in full before the custom work is created and shipped.
All design work is copyrighted. For further use beyond the initial order, please contact us for licensing information. We're happy to work with you.
Refunds / Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis. We are not unreasonable people.
Once items leave the store we are not responsible for damages or losses.
Please note: all Texas purchases will incur an 8.25% sales tax fee.
