All ready-made purchases ship within 1–3 business days. Custom and semi-custom orders ship when they're ready - we'll be in contact with you to discuss scheduling. We ship via USPS. You will receive tracking information once your items ship.

Returns & Exchanges

As much of our work is custom, we don't typically accept returns. We can determine if an item is returnable on a case-by-case basis. We are reasonable people. To discuss returns, please email info@ftlonesome.com
